星期五湯水﹣蘋果粟米白扁豆茯苓白朮湯
又到星期五湯水的時間!這個週末可以煮一個能健脾袪濕的素湯,湯中茯苓、白朮、白扁豆,皆是健脾利水祛濕的藥材,尤其適合脾胃虛弱、面色偏黃的人,此湯能舒緩因痰濕而引起的疲倦、嗜睡和食慾差的問題。
材料: 蘋果2個、粟米2根、生薏米40克、白扁豆30克、茯苓10克、白朮10克、無花果3枚
做法:材料洗淨,蘋果去皮去芯,粟米去衣切段備用。鍋中加入2000毫升水,以武火煮滾,加入材料,轉文火煲45分鐘即成。
功效: 健脾養胃。舒緩面色偏黃、容易疲倦、嗜睡及食慾差等症狀。

Friday Soup Series- Apple Corn Soup with Hyacinth Bean, Poria and Atractylodes Rhizome
It’s time for our Friday soup series! Try this vegetarian soup that can nourish your spleen and dispel dampness. The soup has poria, atractylodes rhizome, and hyacinth bean, which are all great ingredients to strengthen spleen, promote diuresis and dispel dampness. It is especially suitable for those with weak stomach and spleen and yellowish complexion. It relieves phlegm and dampness symptoms such as fatigue, sleepiness, and poor appetite.
Ingredients: 2 apples, 2 corn, coix seed 40g, hyacinth bean 30g, poria 10g, atractylodes rhizome 10g, 3 figs
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Seed and peel apples and cut into pieces. Remove silk from corn and cut into pieces. Add 2000ml of water into pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Add in ingredients and turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Effects: Strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. Relieves symptoms of yellowish complexion, fatigue, sleepiness and poor appetite.
