【恐怖湯水?】雖然是黑色但卻不是孟婆湯

夜鬼宜飲滋陰湯水
即使鬼門關沒開,大家身邊總會有一、兩隻「夜鬼」,又或是你自己根本也是!在大部分人好夢正酣時,靜靜獨自享受深宵時光,打機、追劇、上網雖然感覺疏肝,但其實對身體卻最不好!長期熬夜耗傷陰血,體內津液虛耗,便會出現陽氣偏盛的症狀如口乾、皮膚乾、心悸、失眠、便秘、粒粒大便等等。這個時候除了要調整作息,盡量早睡,也可以飲用具滋陰清熱功效的湯水調理體質。以下這碗黑鼆鼆的湯水,絕不是巫婆的可怕湯水,也不是孟婆湯,反而是功效一流的滋陰素湯,在農曆七月飲用特別有感覺!

滋陰清熱湯水小貼士:
適當地添加滋陰清熱及生津食材如花旗參、百合、雪梨、核桃、雪耳等。

黑鼆鼆夜鬼湯水
材料:粟米2根、舞茸菇3朵、花菇6枚、生地15克、麥冬9克、核桃4枚、無花果3枚 
功效:滋陰清熱、生津潤肺、潤腸通便。紓緩口乾、皮膚乾、心悸等陰虛症狀。
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用,粟米留鬚去衣切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清、脾胃虛弱或容易胃部不適者不宜飲用。

Tips for soup to nourish yin and clear heat:
Appropriately add in ingredients that can nourish yin, clear heat and promote fluid production such as American ginseng, lily bulb, pear, walnut, snow fungus. 

Soup for night owls
Ingredients: 2 ears of corns, 3 maitake mushrooms, 6 dried Shitake mushroom, 15g rehmannia glutinosa, 9g radix ophiopogonis, 4 walnuts, 4 figs
Effects: Nourishes yin and clears heat, promotes fluid production and moistens the lungs, loosens bowels to relieve constipation. Relieves yin deficiency symptoms such as dry mouth, skin dryness and heart palpitations.

Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel corn, keep silk and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from a cold or flu, those with weak spleen and stomach, and those prone to stomach discomfort.
