有很多人為了改善水腫,每朝也會喝一杯黑咖啡,增加身體排水的速度,但是咖啡始終屬性偏溫,不是每種體質都適合每天飲用。其實在生活上有很多細節可以注意,第一步由飲食和生活習慣改善,也許已經可以令你脫離水腫之苦!

宜﹣
*多食粗糧或每天喝一杯米水,調理脾胃
*飲食宜清淡、飲食要定時
*適量進食健脾袪濕的食物如淮山、眉豆、茯苓
*適量做帶氧運動讓身體排汗及讓腦袋得以休息
*少吃多餐

忌﹣
*經常飲食生冷
*一下子過吃煎炸油膩重口味食物
*吃過量,以免脾胃消化不來
*經常用腦,過度思慮
*盡量避開冷氣風口

– Sitting near air-conditioning vents
