#強化脾胃功能對抗滂沱下雨天

穀雨——已來到春天最後一個節氣了,穀雨二字源自「雨生五穀」,此時春耕完畢,水稻形成幼穗,需要較多雨水來滋潤,所以這個時候雨水充沛,氣候溫暖潮濕,要注意濕邪對身體的影響,濕重會讓人感到容易疲倦、胃口不佳、頭重重等。養生重點在於健脾祛濕,少吃生冷、重口味、煎炸油膩食物,適量進食薏米、赤小豆、扁豆、茯苓、淮山、番薯等健脾祛濕食物,增強脾胃功能。

Grain Rain- it’s the last spring solar term. The term means the rain creates the grains during spring. Rice ears need more rain for moisture after spring plowing. You have to pay more attention of invasion of dampness in this warm and humid rainy season. It can make people feel tired, have poor appetite and head heaviness. To strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, avoid cold/raw, heavy flavoured, fried and oily food. Appropriately consume food that strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness such as coix seed, rice beans, hyacinth bean, smilax, Chinese yam and sweet potato to enhance spleen and stomach function.

.have lighter meals and eat bland foods.
.Diarrhea is not only caused by improper diet, but also may be a sign of dampness in the body.
.Always keep an umbrella in your bag as getting rained on can lead to attack from damp pathogens.
