【痛風可以食呢啲】尿酸過高還是要戒口~
尿酸過高容易引起痛風,平常看似沒什麼,但發作的時候卻痛苦非常,表現為急性間歇性痛風性關節炎,多出現中小關節部位例如腳趾關節、足跟、或手指,關節多有紅、腫、熱、痛的症狀。久病者還會出現關節腫大,畸形甚至僵硬。
痛風飲食小貼士:
x嘌呤含量高的食材如濃肉湯、秋刀魚、鰻魚、豆類、有殼海鮮等
x高熱量及高脂肪食材
x避免辛辣或補品
x忌飲酒,尤其啤酒
o 鹼性食材如海帶、紅蘿蔔、番茄、無花果、西瓜等
o 不含嘌呤或低嘌呤的食材如青瓜、低脂奶、海藻、海參、粟米、馬蹄、木耳等
o五穀、瓜菜及根莖類蔬菜
青瓜vs老黃瓜
黃瓜嫩者色青,故又名青瓜;老者色黃,名為老黃瓜。青瓜及老黃瓜功效相約,都是性涼味甘,具清熱解毒、生津止渴和利尿消腫的功效。適合濕熱、陰虛體質、痛風、高血壓、高血脂等人士食用。要注意,脾胃虛寒者容易腹痛、泄瀉等都不宜服用。
High uric acid can lead to gout which can be very painful. Gout presents with acute intermittent pain in the joints. It usually happens at the smaller sized joints such as toes, ankle, fingers. The joints are usually red, swollen, burning with burn. Chronic sufferers may experience swollen and deformed joints.
Eating tips for gout sufferers:
x Foods that are high in purine contents such as strong meat soups, pike mackerel, eels, beans and shell fish
x high calories and high fats food
x spicy and tonic foods
x avoid alcohol, especially beer
o alkaline foods such as seaweed, carrots, tomatoes, figs, watermelon
o low purine content foods such as cucumber, low fat milk, seaweed, sea cucumber, chestnuts, water chestnuts, fungus
o five grains, gourds, and root vegetables

They have similar healing effects, and both are sweet and cool in nature. They can clear heat and detoxify, promote fluid production to relieve thirst, and promote diuresis to relieve bloating. Suitable for those with damp heat, and yin deficient body constitutions, as well as those with gout, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Note those with asthenic spleen and stomach and prone to diarrhea and loose stool should not have cucumber.
