#24節氣 – 白露】

白露節氣,開始感受到秋意。白露是指晝夜溫差最大的時節,早上容易看到植物上黏附著的露水晶瑩剔透,進入典型的秋季氣候,日間依然和暖,但太陽下山後,晚間氣溫瞬間轉涼。溫差大容易令人著涼、生病,尤其體質虛寒、陽氣不足人士注意添加衣物。天氣日漸乾燥,「燥邪傷人,容易耗人津液」,宜適量進食具潤肺生津、養陰潤燥功效的食材,例如雪梨、雪耳、花旗參、百合、芝麻、蜂蜜、枇杷等,記得適時補充水份。

白露養生重點:「潤肺生津,養陰潤燥」

雪梨:生津潤燥、清熱化痰
麥冬:養陰潤肺、益胃生津、清心除煩

雪梨麥冬茶
功效:滋陰清熱生津,紓緩長期晚睡、經常口乾、嘴唇乾燥等症狀。
材料:雪梨1個(或梨乾4片)、麥冬9克
做法:材料洗淨,雪梨去皮去芯切粒放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗約5-10分鐘至香味透出即可。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡。
