要路路暢通,消化系統固然要健康!中醫理論中,脾胃並非單指這兩個內臟,更是整個消化系統,脾胃主消化及運化水分,消化並吸收食物中的營養和水分,將它們帶到身體不同的部分,因此要腸道健康,脾胃更要正常運作。今天推介大家一個全家合適的健脾胃素湯,更可潤腸通便,味道清甜又健康。
暢便煲湯小貼士:
適量加入潤腸通便食材,如熟木瓜、無花果、杏仁、黑木耳、核桃
木瓜椰菜南北杏素湯
材料:熟木瓜半個、椰菜半個、雪耳1朵、南北杏30克、花生40克、無花果3-4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。將熟木瓜洗淨切半、去皮、去籽。雪耳泡水半日,剪走根部黑色部分。椰菜洗淨,切絲備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾開胃,潤腸通便。能紓緩便秘、無胃口症狀。

Vegetarian papaya soup with cabbage and sweet and bitter almonds
Ingredients: half of a ripened papaya, half of a cabbage, 1 snow fungus, 30g sweet and bitter almonds, 40g peanuts, 3-4 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel, core and cut the cleaned and ripened papaya in half. Soak snow fungus for half a day and cut the black part of root. Cut cabbage into thin shreds.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthens the spleen, stimulates appetite and loosens the bowels to relieve constipation. It can relieve constipation and poor appetite.
