【簡易素湯】 一碗湯幫全家清




1. 所有材料洗淨。將熟木瓜洗淨切半、去皮、去籽。雪耳泡水半日,剪走根部黑色部分。椰菜洗淨,切絲備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to relieve constipation 
Healthy digestive system can help loosen the bowels. From Chinese medicine perspective, the spleen and stomach do not just refet the two organs, but the whole digestive system. The spleen and stomach mainly digest and absorb the nutrients and water in the food, and bring them to different parts of the body. Therefore, the intestines are healthy if the spleen and stomach are working properly. This is a soup to strengthen spleen and stomach that is suitable for the whole family. It can also loosen the bowels to relieve constipation. It is sweet in taste and healthy. 

Tips for soup to loosens the bowels:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as ripened papaya, fig, almond, black fungus and walnut.

Vegetarian papaya soup with cabbage and sweet and bitter almonds
Ingredients: half of a ripened papaya, half of a cabbage, 1 snow fungus, 30g sweet and bitter almonds, 40g peanuts, 3-4 figs
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel, core and cut the cleaned and ripened papaya in half. Soak snow fungus for half a day and cut the black part of root. Cut cabbage into thin shreds.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste. 
Effects: strengthens the spleen, stimulates appetite and loosens the bowels to relieve constipation. It can relieve constipation and poor appetite.
