秋天有一種味道,聞到後叫人覺得溫暖而且垂涎三尺,那叫做炒栗子!秋季當造的栗子香甜軟糯,從中醫角度來看,栗子有養脾健胃功效,可活血、補腎、強筋骨,更有「栗為腎之果」的說法,能紓緩因腎虛而引起的腰痠膝軟、夜尿頻多等症狀。炒栗子街邊檔已買少見少,想食的話不妨自家製無糖版,用氣炸鍋不用半小時就能完成!

栗子 — 性溫,有養脾健胃功效,更可活血、補腎、強筋骨,能紓緩因脾胃虛寒而出現的胃痛不適等症狀,或因腎虛而引起的腰痠膝軟、夜尿頻多等症狀。要注意食用過量易引起胃脹,因此易飽滯及多胃氣人士不宜多吃。

氣炸鍋版栗子
材料:栗子2斤
做法:
1. 栗子洗淨,用水煮5分鐘。
2. 撈起栗子瀝乾,用刀在栗子底部切一個小開口,以防烤烘時爆開。
3. 放入氣炸鍋中以攝氏160度氣炸15分鐘即成。

Air fryer roasted chestnuts
Ingredients: 2kg chestnuts
Preparation: 
1. Rinse the chestnuts and boil for 5 minutes. 
2. Take out the chestnuts and drain water thoroughly. Using a knife to put a slit into each chestnut base to prevent them from exploding.
3. Put chestnuts in the air fryer and fry at 160°C for 15 minutes.
