How to shop and place an order online?

  1. Log onto www.CheckCheckCin.com and shop for products
  2. Search your favorite products using the search function or refer to the “body type” and “body conditions” we provide to select your best fit products and the quantity you wish to purchase
  3. Click “Add to Cart” to add your selected items to shopping Cart.
  4. Click “My Cart” on the top right corner when finish shopping, and then check out
  5. Log into your member’s account, enter your delivery details and select payment method then click “Confirm”
  6. Confirm order and transaction is completed.

You should receive our confirmation by email shortly after order is placed, you could also log into your member’s account to check order status. If you do not receive any email, it is recommended to check the junk mail box. If the relevant email is still not found, please email us at [email protected] or call us at ＋852 2833 5518 (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6:30pm).

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise to be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Any products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original Receipt and an exchanged reference number.
  • No exchange of any sale, used, opened or damaged products
  • Each item can only exchange once
  • No refund will be made
  • Please contact Customer Service for returns at +852 2833 5518 or by email [email protected] from Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 6.00pm.
  • No difference return if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
  • Items purchased through any unauthorized distributor, such as an unofficial website are not eligible for any return or exchange.
  • Please allow one to three weeks to process your request from the date of package return. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
  • CheckCheckCin Holdings Limited is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
  • All claims of shortages must be reported to customer service on the date of delivery.
  • CheckCheckCin Holdings Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Our company provides local delivery services (except Outlying islands and specified areas) only. In regards to overseas orders, please email [email protected] for enquires.

Free shipping (except Outlying islands and specified areas) upon net purchase of HK$600 or above. Regular delivery orders should reach designated address within 5 days upon confirmed payment transaction.

  • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. NOT available in Outlying Islands and specified areas.
  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
  • Each order is delivered to ONE address only

Shipping days and schedules
Standard Delivery

  • The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-5p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • SF Express – Self pick up
    • Pick up point: Customers can select SF Store, SF Service Center, EF Locker
    • Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. For delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
  • SF Express – Delivery
    • Products can be sent to the destination according to your address, this may lead to a higher delivery fee.
    • Delivery fee: Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. For delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address

  • Please contact SF Express or contact [email protected] (Standard Delivery Service Provider) to track your shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, any changes of delivery address shall be arranged with SF Express directly or contact [email protected] (Standard Delivery Service Provider). Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot deliver to the customer due to personal reason, please contact SF Express directly for further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order will cancel and no refund will be made.

How can I place a new order?

When browsing our website, you can select products by product category, or mouse over “magnifier” icon on the top right corner of the page to enter text to search for products. Click “Add to Cart” to put products into shopping cart. Then you can continue shopping or go to the “Shopping Cart” page to pay and check out.

You can enter the coupon code in the corresponding place on the “Shopping Cart” page, and then click “Check Out” to proceed the payment.
