「醫師，我最近經常乾咳。」很多時候我們以為咳嗽沒有痰就是乾咳，其實不是啊！判斷咳嗽要視乎咳嗽聲是清脆還是有痰鳴聲，類似「回音」，如果有痰鳴就代表是痰湧咳嗽，平躺床上時咳嗽會加重，亦會引發喉嚨痕症狀。
最近常見的多是痰熱咳嗽，症狀為發燒／無發燒、咳嗽／氣喘、黃痰較黏稠而量多、痰黏喉嚨、胸悶、胸痛、煩躁、口渴。痰濕聚積體內，加上熱邪影響，鬱而化熱，宜清熱、化痰、止咳，適量食用羅漢果、無花果、白蘿蔔、梨、菊花等清熱食材。

功效：清熱解毒、化痰止咳，紓緩風熱感冒引起的咳嗽、痰多、喉嚨乾痛等症狀。
材料：金羅漢果半個、菊花6克
做法：材料洗淨，金羅漢果壓碎。鍋裡加入800毫升水及材料，武火煮滾後調文火煮30分鐘即可。

Is a cough without phlegm considered a dry cough?

“”Doctor, I’ve been experiencing frequent dry cough lately.”” Many times, we mistakenly believe that coughing without phlegm is considered a dry cough, but that is not the case! The nature of a cough depends on whether it sounds clear or comes with echoes. If there is an echo, it indicates a cough with phlegm accumulation. Ingredients: half golden monk fruit, 6g chrysanthemum
Preparation: Rinse the ingredients and mash monk fruit. Combine all ingredients into a pot with 800ml of water and cook for 30 minutes.
