大暑
全年溫度最高,陽氣最盛的時節。天時暑熱,可適量進食清熱袪濕的食材,消除體內暑氣,但不要刻意過量服用,否則容易損傷脾胃,令自己長期處於疲倦,嗜睡的狀態。 這時節不適合進補,所以雞湯、煎炸油膩的食物盡量少吃。

適量進食:綠豆、百合、生薏米、黃豆、苦瓜
