Flare up of itchy skin during spring

Spring is a beautiful time as everything is fresh again but this is also the season when your skin acts up with redness, swelling, dryness, itchy, peeling and even rages. We all know someone with these problems and see them scratching their skin all the time.

Smilax tea with belvedere fruit

Ingredients: 10g belvedere fruit, 20g smilax
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour all contents into thermos and tea can be rebrewed until its flavor weakens. For best results drink for 2-3 days each weak. If symptoms persist, it is best to seek professional advice.

Regular maintenance of itchy skin
– avoid stimulating ingredients such as eggplant, button mushroom, pumpkin
– avoid late nights
– appropriately consume coarse grains to strengthen your spleen and stomach such as rice, sweet potato, millet and potato
– have rice water daily
– keep a relaxed state of mind
