「重量級」
苦瓜性寒,有清熱消暑,明目清心的功效。適合炎熱夏天食用,能舒緩食慾下降、汗疹、暗瘡、眼乾、喉嚨腫痛等症狀。注意脾胃虛寒,容易腹瀉人士不宜食用。
冬瓜性寒,有清熱袪濕的功效。適合夏天食用,對水腫、臭腳、暑熱煩悶十分有幫助。注意陽虛體質、容易腹瀉者不宜多食。
「輕量級」
節瓜性平,能健脾胃、袪濕。功效像一個平和版的冬瓜,能舒緩水腫、孕婦身體浮腫、肥胖等症狀。適合任何體質人士服用。
木瓜性平,能健脾胃,幫助消化,消暑解渴。適合脾胃虛弱,容易胃脹不適人士服用,能舒緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適、產婦乳汁不多等症狀。注意孕婦不宜食用。

“Light Weight”
Hairy gourds are mild in nature, they strengthen the stomach and spleen and dispel dampness. The healing effects are similar to a mild version of winter melon and can alleviate edema, bloating due to pregnancy, and excess weight. It is suitable for all body types.
Papayas are mild in nature, and they can strengthen the stomach and spleen, aid digestion, clear summer heat to relieve thirst. It is suitable for those with weak stomach and spleen ad those prone to abdominal bloating. It alleviates decrease in appetite, indigestion, stomach discomfort, lack of breastmilk production. Note that it is not suitable for pregnant women.
