冬季當造菜屬性一覽
立冬已過,冬天正式來臨,正所謂「夏日吃瓜,冬日吃菜」,當然是時候吃時令靚菜,來認識一下香港冬天常見的當造菜吧 !不同菜類各有功效,不妨按身體狀況食用。冬天天氣寒冷,植物養分都收斂在根莖部位,所以有「冬吃根」的說法,當造的白蘿蔔、紅菜頭、薯仔、番薯等根莖類植物,以及「正氣」的菜心亦不妨多吃!
