黃豆湯健脾補虛
有傳言說「黃豆是天然避孕藥」,相信原因是來自於黃豆含有大豆異黃酮,這是一種植物性類雌激素,如果從黃豆中汲取大量大豆異黃酮,令身體誤認為雌激素生產太多,從而自行降低雌激素水平,就會影響女生周期而導致不孕。
再健康的食物,進食過量都有不良後果,所以食物選擇盡量多樣化,而且適量進食,以發揮食材的最大功效。從中醫角度來看,黃豆有健脾養胃及補益功效,多吃會引起氣滯胃脹,不妨考慮加入適量黃豆用來煲湯,可以健脾補虛。

健脾湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾食材如白扁豆、扁豆衣、茯苓、蓮子、芡實等。

功效:健脾益氣,潤腸通便,紓緩肥胖、嗜睡、容易感覺疲倦等症狀。
材料:紅蘿蔔2根、薯仔2個、新鮮淮山1根、黃豆30克、洋薏米40克、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。紅蘿蔔、薯仔、淮山去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
備註:想有暖胃功效,可以加3片薑。

Some people say soy bean is a natural birth control as boy beans is rich in isoflavones. This is a type of plant based estrogen, so consumption of isoflavones can lead the body to believe it is over producing estrogen and reduce accordingly which affects female menstruation and lead to infertility.
Eating too much of anything even if it is something healthy may have a negative effect. It is important to diversify your food intake and consume appropriate amounts. From Chinese medicine perspective, soy bean strengthens the spleen and can replenish the body. Having too much can lead to qi stagnation and abdominal bloating. You can try adding it to soup.
Tips:
Add in ingredients to strengthen the spleen such as white hyacinth bean, hyacinth bean coat, poria, lotus seeds, fox nuts.
Effects: Strengthen the spleen and nourish qi, moisten the intestine and relieve constipation. Alleviate symptoms of obesity, sleepiness, and fatigue.
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, 1 fresh Chinese yam, 30g soy beans, 40g pearl barley, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrots, potatoes, and Chinese yam and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
