杞子美顏養目
杞子是近來備受西方推崇的超級食物,原因是其強效的抗氧化功效,更可減慢視力衰退,改善眼睛疲勞。然而,在中醫角度並沒有一種食物能被稱為超級食物,即使是再昂貴的中藥材也不是,由於中醫理論講求平衡及對症下藥,再補的食物,吃得過多又或是體質不適合,也會為身體帶來多餘的負擔。
中醫典籍記載杞子可補精益氣,有補腎明目的作用,是傳統上滋補聖物,味道酸甜滋味,不少人在焗茶或煲湯時都會添加一點,以作增味及補身之用。杞子性平,益處甚多,最適合肝腎虧虛的人士,可補肝血,濡養雙目及皮膚,令面色紅潤,為不少女性都喜歡的養顏食物,但同時正因其益補肝腎的作用,脾虛、平素容易腹瀉的人士就不宜多吃了。
杞子-又名枸杞子,性平,可養腎補肝,有補精益氣、強筋骨、明目及止渴的功效,尤其適合肝腎陰虛的人士服用,可紓緩腰膝痠軟、頭暈目眩、視物不清、眼睛乾澀等症狀。脾虛便溏、易有腹瀉人士不宜多吃。

杞子桑椹茶
材料:杞子15粒、桑椹3-4粒、南棗2粒(剪碎)
功效:養腎補肝,滋陰益血。可美顏、明目及烏髮。要注意身體有實熱症狀則不適合飲用。
寧神安睡!
杞子桂圓茶
材料:杞子15粒、桂圓6粒
功效:寧心養血。有頭暈目眩、睡不安寧的人士適宜。要注意身體有實熱症狀則不適合飲用。
清熱生津!
麥冬杞菊茶
材料:杞子15粒、菊花6朵、麥冬6粒
功效:清熱滋陰,生津利咽。可紓緩因虛火而引起的咽喉腫痛。
茶療做法:
以熱水沖泡一次材料,保溫壺注入熱水,焗約10分鐘即可,可反覆沖泡至味淡。

Preparation:
