【袪濕小偏方】沖涼也可袪濕?
如何善用沖涼時間祛濕?
有沒有想過洗澡時也可袪濕?洗熱水澡,已經會有助血液循環,再要以絲瓜瓤輕輕擦背、雙腿內外側都可有助刺激經絡,令當氣血運行更暢順,身體就不會聚濕!另外也可重點輕擦幾個有助袪濕的穴位,加強袪濕效果!但也注意輕輕擦至皮膚微微發紅即可,不要太大力擦出血呀!
擦擦以下的祛濕穴位:
豐隆穴-
位置:小腿外側,外足踝尖上8寸,腓骨前緣外二橫指處。
功效:又稱「化痰穴」,主治痰多咳嗽、便秘水腫,對痰濕體質的人特別有幫助。
陰陵泉穴-
位置:小腿內側,脛骨內側髁下方凹陷處。
功效:主治水腫、腹瀉、小便不利及黃疸。
水分穴-
位置:肚臍對上1寸(2橫指寬)
功效:主治水腫、小便不利、胃口欠佳及嘔吐等症狀。
How to utilize shower time to dispel dampness?
Taking a hot shower can help improve blood circulation, and you can use a luffa to gently rub your back, inner and outer legs to further stimulate the meridians to help with blood and qi flow so that your body will not retain dampness. There are also a few acupoints that you can rub to strengthen the effects. Note you should just rub until your skin is gently red and don’t overdo it til there’s a wound!
Beautiful bulge point
Location: outer calves above the ankle, two fingers widths from from your tibia.
Effects: relieves cough and phlegm, constipation, edema. Especially helpful for those with phlegm and dampness body type.
Ying Ling Quan
Location: inner calves, below the knee caps at the depressed point of inner tibia
Effects: alleviates edema, diarrhea, difficulty urinating and jaundice
Water divide point
Location: one inch above belly button
Effects: alleviates edema, difficulty urination, poor appetite and vomiting
