香香花茶
材料:生薏米9克、浮小麥9克、金銀花12克
做法:將材料洗淨,鍋裡加入500毫升水,先加入生薏米,武火煮滾後調文火煮30分鐘,最後加入浮小麥及金銀花多煮10分鐘即可。

功效:清熱健脾祛濕,有助紓緩面油、大汗及體臭症狀。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that people with body odor often have body types that are heavy in dampness and heat. Introducing a tea to help clear out the dampness and heat also inhibits over-sweating symptoms.

Ingredients: 9g coix seed, 9g blighted wheat, 12g honeysuckle flower
Method: Rinse all ingredients and first place coix seed into bowl. Add 500 ml of water, bring water to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 mins.
