【舌頭藏秘密】身體好不好，一看舌頭就知道！
如何看舌苔？
中醫診症步驟包括望、聞、問、切，望診當中包括「舌診」，所以醫師會叫你把舌頭伸出來看看，中醫認為「舌為心之苗」，「心」除了指心臟，人體臟腑的變化都會在舌頭上呈現，健康狀態的舌頭不會過於肥大或瘦薄、色澤為淡粉紅有光澤、舌苔薄白。舌苔出現變化就代表不同的身體狀況：
舌苔白膩，是指舌面如有一層白色，質地細密，不易刮脱的苔。
解說：
身體有濕的表現，多為痰濕體質。
此情況常見於嗜食生冷、飲食不節、多伴隨腸胃不適症狀。正常人喝過豆漿、牛奶，舌上出現的白膩苔屬染苔，不屬病態。

解說：
多與脾胃消化功能不好有關，當胃氣不足，舌苔也不能不能好好依附舌頭。
此情況常見於長期腸胃不適人士。

How do you examine tongue coating?

Explanation: Usually related to poor digestive functions in the spleen and stomach. When you have stomach qi deficiency, your tongue coating does not properly attach to your tongue. This usually happens to those with chronic abdominal discomfort.
Tips for improvement:
Avoid cold and raw foods and have rice water daily.
