Ingredients:

Chinese yam, fried hyacinth bean, lotus seed, fox nut, black-eyed pea, candied date

 

✓ Strengthens the spleen and eliminates dampness

✓ Relieves fatigue, drowsiness, poor appetite, restless sleep

 

Preparation:

Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with approximately 1000 ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for approximately 45 minutes. 

  • Please store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate
