【星期五湯水-粟米猴頭菇陳皮花生湯】

睡得舒適湯水
對於不少打工仔來說,晚飯時間相對較夜,脾胃沒有足夠時間消化運化,人已在床上準備休息了,脾胃還在工作中,又怎會睡得好?長期飲食不定時及飲食不節都會傷害脾胃。中醫理論認為「胃不和則卧不安」,脾胃不好,很多時候也會令睡眠不安寧。 趁著週末來煲一個健脾益胃的湯水,調理好腸胃,改善睡眠質素!

粟米猴頭菇陳皮花生湯
材料:粟米2根、節瓜2個、猴頭菇1-2塊、陳皮1角、眉豆20克、花生20克、蜜棗3枚
做法:所有材料洗淨。粟米去衣連鬚、節瓜去皮切塊。猴頭菇泡水半日至軟。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾益胃。舒緩食慾差、胃部不適、胃脹等症狀。

Corn soup with lion’s mane mushroom, dried citrus peel and peanuts

Ingredients: 2 corns, 2 hairy gourd, 1-2 lion’s mane mushroom, 1 dried citrus peel, 20g hyacinth bean, 20g peanuts, 3 candied dates
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husk from corn but keep the silk, peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces. Soak mushroom for half a day until soft. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. Alleviates poor appetite, stomach discomfort, and abdominal bloating.
