覺得自己身體虛弱,吃補品後卻渾身不舒服,甚至出現飛滋、胃脹、腹瀉等症狀,中醫認為這種情況是虛不受補,因為溫補藥材一般較滋膩難消化,脾胃運作失根本不能有效消化及吸收食物中的營養,過量食用補品反而會增加脾胃負擔。而且補身要補得其法,氣虛、血虛、陰虛、陽虛以至個別臟腑虛弱的補法各有不同,要先看看身體虛弱的原因是甚麼,再順應季節時令及按體質慢慢調補,宜諮詢註冊中醫師尋找最適合自己的補身方案。

虛不受補茶療
功效:健脾補氣,紓緩容易感覺疲倦、終日感覺無力、容易反覆腹瀉等症狀。
材料:紅米1湯匙、白米1湯匙、北芪6克
做法:將材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800毫升水,加入所有材料,以武火煮滾後調文火煮30分鐘。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期連續飲用2-3天為一個療程。
注意:感冒未清或身體有偏熱症狀者不宜飲用。
