大家都知道早點睡對身體好,但有幾多人做到?晚睡有好多原因,可能是工作忙、功課忙,或者忙煲劇、忙打機,又甚至無所事事摸東摸西就發現又到凌晨兩點,彷彿患了「晚睡強逼症」,總不想「浪費」晚上的時光!其實熬夜是正在燃燒我們的健康,熬夜傷陰,有時候頭昏腦漲、記憶力減退、反應遲鈍,甚至是眼睛或肝腎問題,你未必會聯想到是因為熬夜而引致的。今晚就的起心肝,根治你的晚睡強逼症吧!

Everyone knows sleeping earlier is good for your health, but how many people can actually do it? People sleep late for a variety of reasons- work, homework, show binging, gaming, or some may just hang out for no reason and realize its already middle of the night! ‘The night is still young’- some people just can’t help but want to use up night time and enjoy the time. But staying up late hurts our yin, and can be the cause for worsened memory, slow reaction, and even issues with your eyes and liver. Tonight is the night- go to bed earlier!
