抗衰老暖宮素湯
子宮是女人的生殖器官,它的健康非常重要,現代女性「十個女人九個寒」,平日嗜吃生冷食物、常喝凍飲、腹部沒有好好保暖、過度勞累損傷陽氣等,都是造成宮寒的原因,宮寒會導致痛經問題,不但經血色暗、月經延遲,到想懷孕時才發現不易成孕。宮寒亦會令身體容易發胖、肌肉鬆弛、容易出現皺紋,加速衰老。如果你平時有面青青、手腳冰冷、腰膝酸軟、耳鳴頭暈、月經量少、白帶清稀的症狀,都是受宮寒問題困擾,平日多喝有補腎助陽功效的湯水,多曬太陽及做運動,注意保暖,就可慢慢將子宮溫暖起來。

補腎助陽湯水小貼士:
適當地添加補腎助陽食材如栗子、黨參、桂圓、大棗等。

舞茸菇南瓜黑豆湯
功效:補腎助陽,有助暖宮,紓緩因宮寒而導致的痛經、腰痠、手腳冰冷等症狀。
材料:舞茸菇2朵、南瓜600克、黑豆30克、紅腰豆30克、花生30克、枸杞子15克、無花果4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,南瓜去皮去籽切塊。黑豆以白鍋炒香備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清或身體有偏熱症狀人士不宜飲用。

Anti-aging soup
The uterus is a woman’s reproductive organs. It is important to keep it healthy. Chinese tend to say that 9 out of 10 girls are ‘cold’. Preference for cold/raw food, always drinking cold drink, not warming abdomen, harming yang qi due to fatigue, are the causes of a cold uterus. That can lead to menstrual pain, dull red menstrual blood, and late menstruation, and difficulty conceiving. Ladies with cold uterus are also prone to obesity, loose muscle, increased likelihood of wrinkles and accelerated aging. If you usually have symptoms such as pale complexion, cold limbs, sore back and knees, tinnitus, dizziness, low menstrual blood flow, and thin vagina discharge, you are likely suffering from a cold uterus. You can drink soup that can replenish the kidneys and nourish yang. Try to sunbathe more, exercise and keep warm to warm the uterus.

Tips for soup to replenish the kidneys and nourish yang:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as chestnut, codonopsis root, longan, Chinese dates.

Maitake mushroom soup with pumpkin and black soya bean
Ingredients: 2 maitake mushroom, 600g pumpkin, 30g black soya bean, 30g red kidney beans, 30g peanuts, 15g wolfberries, 4 figs
Effects: replenishes the kidneys and nourishes yang, can help to warm the uterus, relieve symptoms due to cold uterus such as menstrual pain, sore back, cold limbs.
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Peel and core the pumpkin and cut into pieces. Stir fry black soya beans without oil in wok until fragrant.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste. 
Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu or with heat-related symptoms.
