Eating red and brown rice makes you constipated?

But for adults with weaker spleen and stomach, the sudden increase in fiber can cause constipation, so the chance for children who don’t have fully developed digestive systems, it is even harder to digest. Millets are cool in nature and not suitable for daily consumption. Simple white rice is still the best main grain as it is mild in nature, can replenish vital energy and nourish qi.
