【一年四季都應健脾胃】

中醫經常強調養好脾胃,究竟甚麼是脾胃呢?簡單來說脾胃就是消化系統,健康的脾胃可吸收食物中的營養,滋養臟腑;小朋友發育長高、大病後康復或是秋冬要滋陰進補也要靠脾胃的。
