大暑來了!

對大家來說炎夏早就到了,但其實今日才是大暑節氣,大暑是指全年溫度最高、陽氣最盛的時節,也是雷雨及颱風最頻繁的時候,在這個時節特別容易感受濕邪,濕疹也容易發作,所以飲食上以清熱利濕為宜,適量食用清熱祛濕食物如冬瓜、薏米、赤小豆、粟米鬚等。也可多進食
苦味食物,例如苦瓜、芫茜、薄荷葉,有助清除內熱,增進食慾,提神醒腦。大暑時節的養生重點為勞逸結合,因為人體新陳代謝到達了一年之中的最高點,體力消耗大,再加上日長夜短,注意飲食均衡,才能增強抵抗力。
