近排流感肆虐,對於每朝要迫巴士及地鐵返工的打工仔來說,困在人多的車廂,一聽到有人在打乞嚏和咳嗽就好怕會被人傳染。可是每天在外,又難免避開人多的地方,所以最好還是自己打好底,才不怕中招。夏季悶熱且濕氣重,容易引發濕邪引起的暑濕感冒,伴隨症狀是頭重重、全身困重無力、關節酸軟、脾胃,腸胃功能受影響而引起上吐下瀉等問題。要打好底子要少吃生冷寒涼飲食物,每天一杯米水,強化肺脾功能。
舒緩暑濕感冒的茶療-香薷紫蘇葉薑茶
材料:香薷3克、紫蘇葉3克、茯苓6克、生薑2片
做法:將材料洗淨,鍋中加入600毫升水,武火煮滾後轉文火煮15分鐘即可。此茶可以放回保溫瓶反覆沖泡3-4次至味淡,連續飲用2天為1療程。
功效:有助舒緩暑濕感冒初起的症狀,祛暑化濕,舒緩頭昏腦脹、肢體困重等。 如1天後症狀未得緩解或嚴重了請立即看醫生或註冊中醫師。

Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Combine ingredients with 600 ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. You can all contents and ingredients into a thermos and rebrew the tea 3-4 times until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink for two days consecutively as one treatment course.
