▶︎材料:首烏藤15g、合歡花15g、茉莉花15g、玫瑰花9g,茯神15g
▶︎做法:把藥放入一鍋熱水,大火煮10分鐘。倒入盤中,加入適量冷水。泡15-20分鐘。每晚睡前浸泡,連續3-5天。

▶︎Ingredients: fleeceflower stem 15g, silktree flower 15g, jasminum 15g, rose 8g, poria with hostwood 15g
▶︎Preparation: Add all ignredients into a pot of hot water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Add into basin and mix with appropriate amounts of cold water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. For best results, soak before bedtime for 3-5 days.
