Give yourself a foot bath for a good night’s sleep
Aside from healing soups and tea remedies, soaking your feet before bedtime can also help improve sleep quality. Having warm feet can assist with falling asleep. Flowers such as Jasminum, Rose and Silktree can also calm the mind and induce relaxation, add them into your foot bath for a great night rest!
▶︎▶︎Floral Foot Bath for a Good Night’s Rest:
▶︎Ingredients: fleeceflower stem 15g, silktree flower 15g, jasminum 15g, rose 8g, poria with hostwood 15g
▶︎Preparation: Add all ignredients into a pot of hot water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Add into basin and mix with appropriate amounts of cold water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. For best results, soak before bedtime for 3-5 days.
