粟米紅蘿蔔牛蒡核桃湯
材料:粟米2根、紅蘿蔔2根、牛蒡1根、南北杏20克、核桃40克、蜜棗3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粟米去衣連鬚、紅蘿蔔,牛蒡去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:清熱健脾。適合脾胃虛弱的人稍微清熱,舒緩口臭、便秘等症狀。

Corn soup with carrot, burdock and walnuts
Ingredients: 2 ears of corn, 2 carrots, 1 burdock, 20g sweet and bitter almonds, 40g walnuts, 3 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husks from corn and keep the silk and cut into pieces. Peel carrots and burdock and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: clears heat and strengthens the spleen. Suitable for those with asthenic spleen and stomach to clear heat, and alleviate symptoms of bad breath and constipation.
