有誰不知道「多菜少肉」這個健康飲食口號?但切實執行的人卻少之又少,難以執行的藉口一大籮:餐廳菜式以肉食為主、出街叫碟菜食好貴等等。如果細心留意,近年不少餐廳都順應環保潮流增添蔬菜菜式,如果餐廳選擇滿足不了你,就不如抽空自己煮吧!只要下定決心,你就會發現其實有很多方法可以達到目標。

Most people have heard that it is better to eat more vegetables and less meat but most people cannot make it happen with many excuses- restaurant menus do not have veggies, or it is too expensive to order vegetables. But if you pay close attention, restaurants are increasingly providing more vegetarian options. Or if there are not enough options in restaurants, try cooking at home! As long as you put your heart to it, you will find many ways to achieve your health goals.
