白露到了!

白露是一個很有詩意的節氣,名字由來是因為來到晝夜溫差最大的時節,早上容易看到植物上黏附著的露水晶瑩剔透,告知你秋天真正來臨了。進入典型的秋季氣候,就要開始預防「秋燥」,「燥邪傷人,容易耗人津液」,所以飲食上多吃具潤肺生津、養陰潤燥功效的食材,例如雪梨、雪耳、花旗參、百合、芝麻、蜂蜜、枇杷等,而且要補充足夠水份。
燥易傷肺,底子弱的人容易患上咳嗽、喉嚨痛、呼吸道疾病等,要多加注意身體。背心、短裙等衣物開始要收起來,早晚感有秋意就記得添加衣物。
