【氣虛體質】
面色偏白、說話氣若游絲、容易感冒、頭暈、食慾差都是氣虛體質人士的特徵,氣虛體質人士的氣呈虧虛狀態,中醫理論認為人體的氣與脾、肺、腎健康有關,所以氣虛體質人士脾、肺、腎功能都較弱,脾虛食慾差,肺虛易感冒,腎虛小便頻密。
調理重點:補氣健脾
宜吃:淮山、白扁豆,薏米、人參、花旗參、靈芝、小米、薯仔、大棗、鵪鶉
忌吃:白蘿蔔、山楂、大蒜、芫茜、紫蘇葉、薄荷、荷葉

靈芝桂圓蕎麥茶
功效:益氣安神,神采飛揚,改善善忘或精神難集中等症狀。
材料:靈芝12克、桂圓5枚、蕎麥9克
做法:材料洗淨,用800毫升水,武火煮至水滾後調文火煮30分鐘即可。此茶療煮後可倒入保溫瓶,反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期連續飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。
注意:感冒未清者或身體有偏熱症狀不宜飲用。

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the health of the spleen, lungs, and kidneys closely relates to one’s qi. Therefore, individuals with a constitution characterized by qi deficiency tend to have weaker functions in the spleen, lungs, and kidneys. A deficient spleen will lead to a poor appetite, deficient lung function can increase susceptibility to colds, and deficient kidneys may result in frequent urination.
Method to replenish: replenish qi and strengthen the spleen
Suitable: Chinese yam, white hyacinth bean, coix seed, ginseng, American ginseng, lingzhi, millet, potato, Chinese date, quail
Avoid: radish, Chinese hawthorn, garlic, cilantro, perilla, mint, lotus leaf

Buckwheat Tea with Lingzhi and Dried Longan
Effects: Nourishes qi and calms the mind. Suitable for forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating.
Ingredients: 12g lingzhi, 5 dried longan, 9g buckwheat
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat for 30 minutes. Pour all contents into a thermos. Tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink for 2-3 days a week for a treatment.
Note: Not suitable for those recovering from cold/flu, or those with damp heat body types.

Preparation: Core and cut red dates into half pieces. Pour all contents into a thermos. Add in hot water and steep for 15-20 minutes.Tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink 2-3 days a week for a treatment.
Note: Not suitable for those with heat-related symptoms such as bitter mouth, dry mouth, canker sore, pimples. It is recommended to have this tea 1 week before the period.
