【陰虛體質】
縱然天氣潮濕,皮膚仍然乾燥無比?如果你體型偏瘦、眼乾、口乾、常感口渴、小便偏黃,很大可能屬於陰虛體質,陰虛型身體缺水乾涸,常見於經常熬夜、情志不舒、嗜吃辛辣的人士身上,陽氣偏盛,虛熱內生,嚴重會出現發熱、盜汗(睡眠時出汗,醒來無汗)、五心煩熱(兩手心、足心、心胸)等症狀。

Ingredients: 4 pieces of raw ginger, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 sachet of Fried rice water
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and cut raw gingers into slices. Pound them with the back of a knife. Put them with fried rice water powder into thermos. Steep with hot water for 10 minutes and add brown sugar to taste. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink 2-3 days a week for a treatment.
Note: Not suitable for those with heat-related symptoms such as bitter mouth, dry mouth, canker sore, pimples.
