夏天天氣炎熱潮濕,流汗增多,皮膚敏感、濕疹問題似乎特別容易發作。從中醫角度來看,濕邪和熱邪都是導致皮膚敏感和濕疹的常見原因,如果是濕熱型濕疹,特徵為局部皮膚泛紅、灼熱、痕癢不適、小便色黃等。平日適量飲用具清熱袪濕功效湯水,例如加入土茯苓、粉葛、白扁豆、黃豆等有袪濕解毒功效的材料,有助紓緩濕疹及皮膚過敏的情況。
粉葛土茯苓三豆湯
功效:清熱袪濕解毒,紓緩濕疹或皮膚過敏等痕癢症狀。
材料:粉葛1根、蘋果1個、鮮土茯苓300克(約半斤)、赤小豆30克、眉豆20克、白扁豆20克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蘋果去芯連皮切塊;鮮土茯苓、粉葛去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

During the hot and humid summer weather, increased sweating can lead to heightened skin sensitivity and a higher likelihood of eczema flare-ups. From the traditional Chinese medicine perspective, both dampness and heat are common causes of skin sensitivity and eczema. If it is a damp-heat type of eczema, typical symptoms may include localized rash, burning sensation, itching, discomfort, and dark yellow urine.
It is advisable to consume soups or herbal concoctions with heat-clearing and dampness-relieving properties in moderation. Ingredients such as Poria cocos, powdered arrowroot, hyacinth beans, and soybeans, known for their dampness-relieving and toxins-clearing effects, can help alleviate dampness-related eczema and skin allergies.
Kudzu root soup with smilax and beans
Effect: Clears heat and dispels dampness. Alleviates itch induced by skin allergies or eczema.
Ingredients: 1 kudzu root, 1 apple, 300g fresh smilax(about half a catty), 30g rice bean, 20g black-eyed pea, 20g hyacinth bean, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the apple with skin into pieces. Peel fresh smilax and kudzu root and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
