秋風起~~

已踏入秋季第四個氣節,而秋分剛好是秋季的中間點。香港屬南方氣候,雖然已過立秋,也日漸乾燥,但天氣依然偏熱 。 到了秋分,才算是正式入秋,但由於氣候原故,我們可能開始感受到絲絲秋意,但跟著節氣養生之前,還是要配合自己體質。
一年四季都應該健脾胃,脾胃狀態好自然能強身防病,脾胃虛弱,反而吃什麼滋補食材到最後還是跟隨大便流出體外。我們還是應該先健脾再開始潤燥,不妨每天飲用一杯屬性平和的米水,最適合香港轉季的天氣。

建議食療:米水、黑芝麻、糯米、蜂蜜、雪梨、蘋果、葡萄、柚子。

As we enter the fourth solar term in the fall, Autumn Equinox also marks the midpoint of autumn. Hong Kong has a southern climate, its becoming dryer but is still quite warm. Autumn Equinox marks the official start of fall. It is important to nourish our bodies based on each person’s body constitution.

We should always strengthen the spleen and stomach through all seasons to ensure a strong immune system. With weakened spleen and stomach, eating any nutritious foods would be a waste as they will flow out of your bodies through your bowel movement. So be sure to strengthen your spleen and stomach before trying to moisten and eliminate dryness. Try having a cup of mild rice water each day as it is very suitable in this changing season.

Suggested foods: rice water, black sesame, glutinous rice, honey, pears, apples, grapes, grapefruit.
