【星期五湯水-紅菜頭粟米黃耳湯】

紅菜頭粟米黃耳湯
材料:紅菜頭1個、粟米2根、黃耳1塊、黑木耳1塊、黑豆30克、蜜棗2枚
做法:所有材料洗淨,紅菜頭去皮切塊、粟米連鬚去衣切段。黃耳用清水泡半日至軟身,把黑色底部剪掉備用。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾益腎,有助美容養顏,改善暗啞肌膚及水腫。

Ingredients: 1 beetroot, 2 corns, 1 yellow fungus, 1 black fungus, 30g of black beans, 2 candies dates
Preparation method:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel beet root and cut into pieces. Remove husks from corn keeping the silk and cut into pieces. Soak yellow fungus in water for half a day until soften, remove bottom black parts.
2. Combine ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthen the spleen and nourish the kidney. Helps to improve skin condition, dull complexion and swelling.
