大家都知傷心會令人傷身,但大家有沒有想過高興過度也會傷「心」呢?中醫理論認為情緒失調會直接損害臟腑:「喜傷心、怒傷肝、思傷脾、憂傷肺、恐傷腎」,而「心藏神」,歡喜過度更會損傷心氣,心神散渙甚至讓人神不守舍!保持一顆平常心才是養生之道!介紹一款寧心安神甜品及有平復情緒作用的穴位。

安神靜心甜品
火龍果蓮子百合糖水
材料:火龍果半個、新鮮蓮子連芯約80克(乾蓮子約40克)、乾百合20克、冰糖適量
做法:火龍果剝皮切粒備用。材料洗淨,鍋中加入約1000毫升水,放入材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約30分鐘,加入適量冰糖調味即可。
功效:養心安神。有助潤腸通便、睡眠不安寧等。

位置:腕部的腕掌橫紋上,小指一側的按壓凹陷處
功效:養心安神,補益心氣

Chinese medicine believes when your mood is not regulated, that directly hurts your organs- joy hurts the heart, anger hurts the liver, anxiety hurts the spleen, worry hurts the lungs, fears hurts the kidneys. Keeping a regulated mood is important to healthy living. Here’s a calming dessert and an acupoint to manage your moods.

Mind calming dessert
Ingredients: half a dragon fruit, 80g fresh lotus seeds (40g dried lotus seeds), 20g dried lily bulbs, rock sugar to taste
Preparation: peel and dice dragon fruit. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and combine all with 1000ml of water. Cook on high heat until boiling, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste.
Effects: calm the mind and heart. Moistens the intestines to relieve constipation and helps to improve sleep quality.

Location: located at the crease on the wrist
Effects: calms the heart and mind, replenishes heart qi
