生氣不超過3分鐘

在愛人眼中,女神縱然生氣亦可愛?但事實是,一個氣上心頭的人,七孔生煙、雙眉倒豎,面部皮膚因為繃緊的肌肉而皺起來,怎樣看都說不上漂亮吧!從中醫角度來看:「怒傷肝」,生氣就會導致肝鬱氣滯,令體內氣血運行不暢,氣滯則血瘀,容易形成黑眼圈、臉色暗沉、容易有暗瘡印甚至痛經問題,所以生氣是「牽一髮而動全身」!
一想到生氣會令自己容顏加速衰老,亦為了健康,新一年就要學會放下,完全不生氣是不可能的事,不如就學會生氣不超過3分鐘,深呼吸一下,再按揉膻中穴約30秒,把事情想開一點,飲杯花茶消消氣吧。

From Chinese medicine perspective, anger hurts the liver and can lead to stagnated liver and qi. This causes qi and blood not to flow smoothly, qi stagnation can mean blood stasis symptoms such as dark circles, dull completion, prone to pimple marks and even menstrual pain. So anger can really affect many parts of the body!
Once you realize being angry can age your body, try to let things go in the new year. It is impossible to never be angry so limit yourself to 3 minutes. Then take a deep breath, then press on the Dan Zhong acupoint for 30 seconds. Try to let things go and have a cup of floral tea.
