溫熱食材一覽表
根據節氣,今個星期就踏入立冬,正式與秋告別,進入年度最後一個季節——冬天,是「潛藏」的季節,適宜根據體質適量調補。以中醫養生來說,要注意驅寒保暖、歛陽護陰,也可適量吃溫性食物,為身體儲備多一點陽氣。除了為人所熟悉的溫補性肉類如雞、羊及牛肉外,其實蔬果、穀物、堅果及豆類也有不少選擇,多為屬性溫熱,不少也有補血養腎之效,大家不妨在天氣漸冷之時,適量進食或以其入饌,尤其適合常有畏冷、手腳冰冷等陽虛人士,但要注意,身體有偏熱症狀如咽喉痛、口瘡、暗瘡、便秘或大便不暢等人士,以及濕熱體質人士則不宜多吃。
