❃戒飯只會令你食更多餸,只會更易肥,而且米飯最正氣,營養豐富,是五穀之首,可強身益氣,所以中醫絕不主張戒飯。其實一碗白飯只有200個卡路里,所以想飽肚又唔想食太多,更加應該食飯,如果真係怕肥可以選擇加入糙米、紅米等穀物來減低熱量。
