【婚前失眠】你有「婚前症候群」嗎?

有研究顯示,結婚是「一生當中壓力指數高」的第七名。面對繁瑣的結婚禮儀、連串的婚前準備工作,不少準新娘一時間都會無法適應壓力,出現焦慮、徬徨與易發脾氣等情況,好多時更緊張到失眠。睡前不妨泡個足浴!除了可以幫助入睡,也可養心安神,香噴噴的花香更有助放鬆腦袋,讓你暫時忘掉煩惱。

入眠足浴
用料:玉桂15克、香附15克、川芎12克、薑6片。
做法:將所有材料加入約800毫升水煮20分鐘,再放進暖水中,浸泡雙腳 10 分鐘,讓雙腳有暖和感即可。

When faced with all the things to do and traditions to follow for a wedding, most bride-to-be’s don’t adjust well to the pressure and develop anxiety, fear, and irritability. Some may even have insomnia. Try a feet soak before bedtime to help you fall asleep, calm your heart and relax the brain.

Bedtime feet soak
Ingredients: 15g cinnamon, 15g cyperus rotundus, 12g Ligusticum chuanxiong, 6 slices of ginger
Preparation: cook all ingredients with 800ml of water for 20 minutes. Add into warm water and soak both feet for 10 minutes until both feet are warm.
