何謂一鍋好湯?
都市人每天於職場打滾,一碗心靈湯水確實能洗滌心靈,滋養身心。我們一直提倡素湯養生,除了健康低脂,亦可平衡一下平日多大魚大肉的你。由於廣東人傳統上習慣以肉類入湯,因此有很多人會問素湯的營養是否足夠。其實蔬菜有各式各樣的營養,有時更可加入適當的藥材烹煮,增添功效。所以說,食療最重要還是要配合體質,有沒有肉反而沒太大關係。再者,平日飲食已經多姿多彩,間中來一碗素湯更有益。假如還擔心素湯不夠營養,大可加入豆類及果仁這類植物性蛋白以作補充。

We have always promoted vegetarian soups for wellness as they are lower in calorie count and can help to balance the regularly meat heavy diets. Cantonese people traditionally have meat soups so a lot of people would ask if a vegetarian soup has enough nutrients. Vegetables has all kinds of nutrients and when combined with the appropriate medicinal herbs, then it can further strengthen the benefits of the soup. At the end of the day, it is important to eat according to your body constitution, and whether it is vegetarian or not is secondary. For people who regularly eat heavy meals, the occasional bowl of vegetarian soup would be quite nourishing. If you are still worried that vegetarian soups are not nutritious enough, then try adding in protein-based nuts or soy products to further enhance.
