晨起吃暖早餐最能保暖!一袋齋腸粉或一碗米粉都是好選擇!自己也可以趁週末的早上沒那麼趕,煮一碗粥,暖暖脾胃。古書記載:「晨起食粥,推陳致新、利膈養胃,生津液,令人一日清爽」。在冬日早上食一碗熱粥,既能即時暖和身體,又有潤燥滋陰,健脾養胃的功效。尤其適合小孩、生病了、老人或脾胃虛弱人士等服用。要強健體魄,必須從調理脾胃開始!以下介紹的小米山藥粥,材料簡單,不用三十分鐘就可以炮製一熱騰騰的熱粥。

小米淮山粥
材料:鮮淮山半根、番薯1個、小米 50克、鯛魚粉適量
做法:先將山藥及番薯洗凈削皮切粒狀備用。約800毫升水加入小米,以武火煮滾後,加入淮山及番薯,轉用文火煮至米爛成粥,如太稠可自行加水。最後加入適量鹽或鯛魚粉調味即可。
功效:健脾養胃。此粥可健脾止瀉,尤適合脾胃虛弱、消化不良等人士。

Millet Chinese yam congee
Ingredients: half a fresh Chinese yam, 1 sweet potato, 50g millet, fish meal to taste
Preparation: peel Chinese yam and sweet potato and cut into pieces. Cook millet with 800ml of water on high heat until boiling, then add in Chinese yam and sweet potato. Cook on low heat until millet is congee texture. Add in water if it’s too thick. Add fish meal to taste.
Effects: strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach. This congee can help to relieve diarrhea and suitable for those with weak spleen and stomach and those with indigestion.
