Monk fruit soup can regulate the qi and eliminate phlegm
We tend to develop negative emotions when things do not go our way, and this causes us to feel stressed constantly, which in turns affects our health, our ability to work and even our social lives.

It is best to drink the soup that is made from lotus root, fingered citron, monkey head mushroom and hairy fig root, as these ingredients can help soothe the liver, regulate the qi, calm the mind, and relieve anxiety.
Tip on the ingredients:
Monk fruit – cold in nature with a sweet flavour, helps to clear heat and moistens the lung, relieve phlegm and cough, moisten the intestines and relieve constipation. Suitable for those with hot-wind related cough, sore throat, as well as those with frequent late nights, those who drink and smoke, those with over-eating related sore throat, tonsillitis, loss of voice and constipation. Note that those with cold-wind related flu, cough and those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach should not consume.
Lotus root and corn soup with monk fruit
Effects: Regulates qi and reduces phlegm. Relieves mental stress, frequent sighing, sticky phlegm in the throat and difficulty passing stool.
Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 1 ear of corn, 1/2 piece golden monk fruit, 30g purple haricot, 15g sweet almonds, 1 dried citrus peel
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peeled lotus root into pieces. Cut peeled corn into pieces.(leave silk) Slightly press the golden monk fruit.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
