【我畏寒系列】梗有一個手凍腳凍的朋友在左右!

今日氣溫有二十度,雖然有人穿上短袖Tee,但身邊總有一位經常手凍腳凍,無論穿多少衣服都不能令手腳回暖。天氣預報說星期尾又開始轉冷,對手腳冰冷人士的人來說,二十度都沒有「好日子」過,更何況要面對將出現的寒流,不但晚上經常凍得難以入睡,有時甚至會凍醒!當然,如果家中有電暖毯當然沒有這個煩惱,但是沒有的朋友們又該如何快速暖被竇?

一般的被袋和床單的表面多數較冰冷,要較長時間才會暖和,選擇在底層先蓋上一層較暖和的絨面被子,如近年流行的珊瑚被,就快暖得多!

保暖法則

絨面被三文治蓋被法~
1/床上鋪上絨面被子
2/坐上床後先蓋絨被子
3/最後蓋上棉被

保暖小貼士:
1/睡前浸個熱水浴或足浴
2/穿上襪子睡覺,但謹記要選擇寬鬆的,才不會影響血液循環
3/在房間預先開著暖風機,但床邊放一杯水或開著放濕機
4/吹頭髮時將風筒向頸後大椎穴吹一吹,順便暖一暖陽氣

It’s 20 some degrees today and while there are some people out in short sleeves today, there’s also a group of people who are always cold no matter how much they wear. The observatory is predicting another drop in temperature by end of the week. For those who cannot be comfortable in 20+ degrees, facing the upcoming temperature drop is quite daunting. It may even be too cold to fall asleep or you may wake up middle of the night from the cold! For those with electric warming blankets, it isn’t as big of an issue but what about for those who don’t?

Most sheets and covers have cold surface and takes long to warm up. You can choose to put a layer of fleece blanket on first as base and coral fleece has been quite popular recently.

Laws of staying warm
Fleece and blanket sandwich layers
1. On your bed put on a fleece blanket
2. Cover yourself with the fleece blanket first
3. Then cover up with your cotton blanket

Tips for keeping warm:
1. Take a warm bath or give yourself a warm feet soak before bed time
2. Wear socks to sleep. Choose looser styles to ensure you don’t cut off blood circulation.
3. Turn on the heater ahead of time but put a cup of water by your bedside or use a humidifier
4. When blow drying your hair, give the back of your neck a blow too. It also helps to warm your yang qi.
