• 不要為瑣事過份勞神
• 一日抽30分鐘放空腦袋
• 開始要適量補腎,可以於米水加入1茶匙黑芝麻及1茶匙黑豆

• 不宜日夜顛倒,減少熬夜
• 工作及學習之餘還要抽時間聽音樂、看電視,讓腦袋喘息
• 每天寧心靜坐,抽15-30分鐘不思考,讓大腦休息

– have more coarse grains
– avoid fried and heavy foods

Ladies
– don’t sweat the small things
