頭痛未必一定因為感冒㗎?
嬰兒呱呱落地的一刻就是父母再沒有自然醒,睡覺也至少減半的開始。看到社交平台新婚或還沒有小孩的夫妻,星期天是多麼的自由,自然醒,到處逛逛,煮個簡單二人前套餐,很不寫意。反過來,新手父母會被子女的尖叫大笑聲嘈醒,跟著就是一連串服侍另一個人仔的指定動作。是另一種幸福,也是另一種快樂。
長期思慮過度及長期不夠睡眠會令耗損陰血,引致頭痛。
舒緩思慮過度引致頭痛的茶療:
材料:太子參15克,茯神15克,遠志9克
做法:800毫升水,水滾後煮20分鐘。
功效:補氣健脾,寧心安神。舒緩氣陰兩虛引致的頭痛不適、口乾、容易疲倦等症狀。
Over-thinking will lead to headaches
The moment a newborn baby makes the first cry, it’s also time the new parents say bye to waking up naturally and the beginning of sleep deprivation. There’s a sense of envy that comes with seeing newlyweds or couples without children have total freedom on Sundays to do as they see fit- wake up when they want to, shop around, make a simple dinner for two. On the other hand, new parents would be woken by screams and laughter, followed by a series of servicing action for a little one- it’s a different kind of happiness and contentment.
Over-thinking or being sleep deprived for long periods time can exhaust yin-blood leading to headaches.
Tea remedy to relieve headaches due to over-thinking:
Ingredients: 15g radix pseudostellariae, 15g poria with hostwood, 9g polygala
Preparation: Add to 800ml of water and cook for 20 minutes.
Effects: Replenish qi and strengthen the spleen, calm the mind and heart. Relieve headaches caused by asthenic qi and yin, dry mouth, and fatigue.
